All products on this website are final sale. No returns, refunds or exchanges, unless proof of damage during shipping or wrong item was received. All orders are inspected prior to shipping to be in a condition of good sale.

If our warehouse sent the wrong item by accident, we will allow exchange for the correct item. Before it is returned, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging and confirm you are the purchaser of the product.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.  Our policy in the case of a damaged or defective product is to resend a replacement product as soon as possible or provide a credit/refund/discount depending on the level of defect or damage.  In order to process a claim we need the following:
